Connect a dynaMACS trainer directly to your
computer using a program within the dynaMACS
website. Receive personalized
instruction using your data. Or schedule a
dynaMACS training specialist to provide on-site
training, tailored to your agency's specific
needs. dynaMACS software also includes a sample
database for self-training and practice.

Non-dynaMACS Related Assistance
A successful dynaMACS installation depends on
the proper installation and operation of your
entire computer system. While standard phone
support covers the functions and features of
dynaMACS products, we also offer assistance with
non-dynaMACS issues such as:

- hardware installation and set up
- non-dynaMACS troubleshooting
- network configuration
- file transfer and transmission
- Windows instruction
These services are charged according to our
current fee schedule. These charges are prepaid
and non-refundable.
