dynaMACS is leading the way in electronic processing of sales & commission data. Agencies using eSi process electronic files (like excel spreadsheets) provided by the manufacturer instead of  manually entering data from paper reports. It requires a simple change in process on the part of the manufacturer, who sends information that is already in its database, but in electronic format, versus printing hard copy reports or invoices.

Why is eSi important?

It greatly improves the communication process between manufacturers and sales agencies, enabling crucial sales data to reach the sales agencies in minutes, rather than waiting days or weeks for regular mail. Sales agencies know immediately about sales, and with a few mouse clicks, can import the data into their system, to perform in-depth sales analysis and be well informed when talking to customers.

The move to eSi requires a simple change in an administrative process on the part of the manufacturer: Instead of paper reports, the manufacturer produces a spreadsheet that contains the same information and sends it via email to sales agencies.

The manufacturer buys no special software, no additional hardware and actually saves money by reducing paper, postage and administrative support costs.

The eSi process

  1. The agency receives data from the manufacturer via email, disk, CD, or Internet download.
  2. Data is provided in a standard comma-delimited (.csv) or spreadsheet file, which makes for automatic upload to the agency's database. Because data entry is eliminated, so are operator errors.
  3. The agency processes the file to identify new or first-time customers and to balance total sales and commission amounts. Files are updates using dynaMACS' easy on-screen error correction and new customer look-up capabilities. Your manufacturer customer codes are automatically matched to dynaMACS' codes.
  4. No end-of-month close. The sales analysis database is automatically updated: sales rep and calculation of commission splits are instantly assigned and imported data is readily available for reporting and distribution to field sales reps.
